WEBINAR/TELECONFERENCE MEETING INSTRUCTIONS
Individuals may follow the following instructions to participate in the GBRA Board of Directors Meeting.
Persons wishing to make public comment generally or to comment on a specific item on the agenda are asked to join the webinar between 9:15 and 10:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting,and register to speak by typing and sending an instant message at the bottom of the “Questions” section on the webpage when opened. Please identify yourself in the message with your name, organization, and email address, and if you are speaking on a specific agenda item. General comments will be called for under Agenda Item No. 3. Comments on a specific agenda item will be called for when that item is addressed.

After registering with your name and email address,you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.To listen,choose Computer Audio. You must expand the tool bar using the orange box/white arrow button to be able to view the questions box (see example below). The questions section is where you will list your name, organization and email.

4. By appearing at GBRA Seguin Offices to make comments Persons may come to the William E. West, Jr. Annex Building at 905 Nolan, Seguin, Texas, at 10:00 a.m. on April 29, 2020, to make comments. Board members will be participating remotely from other locations. Comments will be taken at the point designated in the agenda. GBRA will ad here to social distancing recommendations.
