The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no setup fee or charge associated with this method of payment.

Many financial institutions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill pay service. Depending on the financial institution, there may be fees for this service. Please consult with your bank for more information, including any timing delays with release of payments. Please take note that if automatic payments are set up through this service, any changes in the bill amount will need to be adjusted with the financial institution.

The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority is committed to protecting our customer’s right to privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. With the recent passage of HB 872 by the Texas Legislature, utility customers are provided additional protection against disclosure of personal information from their customer account without their consent. If you would like to request that information relating to your account, including personal information in the account record and information relating to your utility usage or the amounts billed or collected, be available for disclosure, you have the right to request disclosure. If you do not request this, your personal information in your account will not be disclosed.
If you would like to request disclosure of personal information in your customer account record, please complete the form as required in accordance with Texas Utilities Code, Section 182.052.
In accordance with the GBRA Cross-Connection Control Program, a registered Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester must complete the test by June 30 and send the testing results to [email protected]. If a customer fails to complete the test within the allotted time, then GBRA may terminate service to protect the public water supply. Please do not hesitate to contact GBRA directly at 830-885-2639 with any questions or concerns. GBRA has provided fillable versions of the required TCEQ form for each retail customer community to be used by licensed irrigators conducting the backflow test.
